Consider the above statement, but focus it on meaning competition within the team/organization, not with self with self or organization with other organizations. In other words, if we get people to do compete with themselves to help the organization and work like crazy with others in the organization cooperatively so to compete, together, with the outside organizations, does this above statement make sense? Why or why not? What would be the impact for the organization for such a change in culture
