Buyers and Sellers have been negotiating the purchase and sale of a piece of property. Buyers had some concerns about the condition of the home's roof. TheSeller orally assured the Buyers that the roof did not leak. The Purchase and Sale Agreement entered into by the parties did not contain any specific written warranties regarding the roof, and did contain a clause that stated that no agreements, representations and warranties, unless expressly incorporated or set forth in the contract, would be binding on any of the parties.
