Once the owner has accepted the project bids, the CM enters into final negotiations with subcontractors, who actually perform the lion's share of work on the project. Talk about the subcontractor's impact on safety; what they do to contribute to it, what form(s) of documentation they might use to enhance any of the three (i.e. submittals -> quality; safety audits -> safety, risk registers -> risk, etc.). Those are just of a couple of examples that come to mind, but you can obviously pick any form of documentation, or even a method, that you'd like to discuss...
