A company has developed a new kind of 65 watt light bulb. You are going to look at some of the readings from their tests and do some calculations. The Director of Quality Testing wants to know how many tests were run, what is the maximum and minimum readings from the light bulbs and on average, what wattage does the light bulb run at.

The file is in a trailer-signal format. The data is in the following order: run #, wattage value, machine # and a reference #.
