C++: create a monster abstract class, and make four types of monsters derived from the abstract class.

Things to include in abstract class:

1. Monster's Health (int)

2. Monster's Level (int)

2. Monster's Name (string)

3. Monster's Damage (int)

4. At least two Combat strategy (ex: scratch, hit, headbutt, etc.)
