Fred transferred his interests to Gal- In early 2016, Ed died, devising in his will all of his property to his only child, Henry. Henry erected a wall which prevented access to his house. The wall prevented Kim from parking her father's vintage car in Ed's garage. End of 2016, Dan, Fred and Gal died, Kim inheriting all of Fred's property. Kim warned her cousin that he has no rights to erect the wall and demanded the wall be removed. Prior to his death, Dan conveyed his interest to Inca.
