6. Write the function int Even (int array [MAXROW] [MAXCOL]) which returns the total of the even elements in a 2 dimensional array. That is, it returns the total sum of the values of all the elements in the array that are even. For example, given as input an array with MAXROW =2 and MAXCOL =3 representing the 2 dimensional matrix with 2 rows and 3 columns the function should output the value 2+4+6=12 (NOT 3 )
