C) Lease Alpaca plc has a leisure division that offers bespoke trips to game reserves. On 1 July 20X5 it enters into a contract with Transport Limited for the use of ten luxury coaches for a three-year period. The contract specifies the make and model of the coaches. Alpaca plc employs its own drivers or may hire drivers if needed. It also decides where the coaches will go, as well as when or whether they are used.
