A car dealership wants to know the percentage of their foreign cars versus their USA$-$made $($Domestic$)$ cars

The program should ask the user for the total number of cars that are made outside of the USA and the number of cars that are made in the USA.

The program should display the percentage of both foreign and domestic cars in the dealership.

Please answer the following question.

Looking at my sample output, will the percentage change if I enter $12$ instead of $120$ and $8$ instead of $80?$ why or why not?
