Caf staff Position Current key responsibilities Additional job responsibilities (objectives / expectations - min of 3) Tanya Assistant manager Maintain and build relationships with suppliers Ensure that service quality is met by all front-of-house staff Work with chefs to ensure consistency in service delivery Dave Chef Act as the assistant to the Executive Chef to ensure quality food is being sent out to the customer Ensure that food is locally sourced, of high quality and prepared within deadlines Ensure ordering is up-to-date and there are no supply shortages Todd Head bartender and barista Ensuring alcohol service is compliant with Government regulations Providing good quality beverage service / customer service Providing supervisory support to the junior barista Mandy Server Attending to all customer requests Providing a high standard of quality customer service
