Calibration Curve/Atomic Absorbance Spectroscopy
When figuring out the limit of detection, how do you figure out the standard deviation to use in the equation?
When I enter it into the calculator, am I to put the concentration in column 1 and the absorbance in column 2 for all of my standards to get the standard deviation? Or is the standard deviation determined from a different data set?
Please explain. Thank you.
