Calvin contracted with Far Flung Antiquities Ltd., an Ontario company, for furniture. His contract terms were for delivery of the cabinets he was shown in the catalogue - called FF Cabinet 1. He paid $250 per cabinet and hoped to resell them at a profit.

They were delivered the next week and when he opened them he discovered that the cabinets were not what he had ordered and he had no need for "baby" cabinets in his business.
