Can a tenant claim consequential damages arising from an ejectment order brought due to rental arrears?

The tenant claims that ejectment( which has court order from an initial trial) is illegal and has caused the tenant to breach a franchise agreement and supplier contracts entered into with rights to the leased commercial property.
