can anyone tell me on the 2019 on the un general Assembly which adopted a res on state provided health care so what extent (if any) are legally bound by this resolution and what laws specifically (if any) might hold the accountable

one state voted in favour of the resolution but due to its current economic state it will only adopt the resolution fully when its economy is good

another voted in favour but but is concerned with the compatibility of a pre existing treaty -the right of private enterprise to play the predominant role in health-care delivery in that state (what treaty is that)
