Can I ask for the explanations for these? This is from my subject in Law of Sales.

Ms. Nana have acquired and negotiated a customer in Bohol in the person of Ms. Demure. It was agreed that the place of delivery is in Bohol. The object is a specific car, and the price is at Php 1,000,000.00.

1.) Ms. Nana uses her own ship to delivery to Ms. Demure. During transit, the car was lost through fortuitous event. Who will suffer the loss? Justify.

2.) Ms. Nana loads the car to MV Bohol, a commercial vessel plying the Cebu-Bohol route. In transit, the car was lost through fortuitous event. The Bill of Lading was in the name of Nana which was transmitted to Ms. Demure. Who will suffer the loss? justify

3.) Ms. Nana was about to load the car to MV Bohol, a commercial vessel plying the Cebu-Bohol route when she was informed that Ms. Demure had become insolvent. Fearing that she would not get paid, you were asked whether or not she can exercise her right to stoppage in transitu. What would be your answer? Justify
