Can I get a clear step by step process on how to solve this

Im going to be purchasing a new home but my concern is to know how much I will be paying towards the mortgage on monthly basis. I also planned to keep my existing promotional bundles with the three utilities services and will transfer all to the new address. Although my monthly budgets for the entire utilities services and mortgage is $1800. However, on my closing day for the new home, I was told that I will have to pay two months of mortgage in advance coupled with home security in addition to utilities which now increased my monthly budget to about $3800.
