Understanding boundaries and the area they are going to will help them succeed ethically because some places are raised to do things a certain way. It is also best to prep them on the current economical status of the company they are going to work at. Secondly, helping the team members adjust to the surroundings they will be staying at and ensuring the safety of the team is always important as well. Trying to place them near the culture and business they will be operating to and from but also making sure they neighborhood is friendly enough to walk around from point A to B if needed. Lastly, moving to another country or state can become lonely and sad. Ensuring the staff member is properly kept up to date with things going on back home at their own work environment and with family can help keep them afloat and not worry as much. Also allowing time off for a good grace period to have family members go up to see them and spend time with them or the staff member being allowed to travel back home for awhile is another great way to help them stay focused on what they came to Warsaw, Poland in the first place.
