Can I get help with these questions based on Zennifer's case study reading. I would appriciate it.

Zennifer's Case Study:

Zennifer is an African American who identifies as a lesbian woman. She grew up in a very poor

neighborhood in Washington D.C. As the oldest child of seven, she cared for her siblings while her

parents worked. Zennifer is very smart and excelled in school. She received a full scholarship to college,

completed her baccalaureate degree, and then earned an MBA. She has had a very successful career in

finance, managing a large, multimillion-dollar firm. Zennifer has had a few relationships, but she never

found her life partner, which she blames on her 60 hours per week work schedule. As a result, Zennifer

put off having children, cryopreserving her eggs at the age of 35 years in hopes of a successful pregnancy

when she found her partner. Now at age 46 years, Zennifer has realized that her body and energy are

changing. She has put on some weight and feels extreme fatigue. Three years ago she was diagnosed

with type 2 diabetes. Last year, her father died from Alzheimer's disease, a deep source of grief for Zennifer.

Additionally, she has lost her concentration and is becoming forgetful. Last month she forgot to put a

meeting with a major client on her calendar and stood up the client. The client was not happy about it and

complained to the CEO of Zennifer's company. She has sought counseling, stating she is depressed and

tired all of the time. She says, "I am so proud of all that I have accomplished. I can kick any of those

White guys assess when it comes to making money. I raised my siblings, put myself through school and

now I'm wealthy. But I'm at a crossroads. I want to have a family and a partner that I love. I'm not in

menopause yet, but I'm not sure my body can handle a pregnancy anymore. I'm worried that I'm starting

to have some symptoms of dementia. I have the money to pay for a surrogate, but I always wanted my

kids to have parents at home because I know what it's like to not have parents around when you're growing

up. I'm not sure I want to be a single parent, and I don't even know if I could handle that right now with

my work schedule and my health.
