QUESTION 1 a) Eric had taken an insurance policy with Long Life Insurance Sdn. Bhd. He declared that he never had any advice about his heart, chest pain or shortness of breath. Few months later, he passed away due to a heart attack. Therefore, the wife Irine, would like to claim the sum payable on the insurance policy. Long Life Insurance Sdn. Bhd refused to pay. They argued that they were not bound to pay them since they had found out that Eric (the deceased) had been hospitalized for heart failure before taking the insurance policy. By referring to the relevant case law, state whether Long Life Insurance Sdn. Bhd is bound to pay Irine? (10 marks) Issue Law Application Conclusion
