Students will provide a written application integration and reflection (Word document) project that considers the planned outcomes of the class and how he or she has applied the learning through discussions with a senior IT leader in his or her own organization or another with which the individual is familiar (or applied directly if he or she is a senior IT leader). The student has complete freedom as to format and content but it should be presented in a clear and professional manner. This should not be a resubmittal of a previously done project or something already completed at work as it will be important to incorporate what has been learned in this class for this project. Sample projects might include (but not meant to be exhaustive):

• Providing training on IT strategy, governance, or value to members of the IT/business organization
• Creating a small intervention to help improve IT-business relations
• Working with the IT organization to catalog IT-based risk and how the organization should approach the risk found
• Work with IT management to determine how the current business areas value IT
• To review and catalog how the organization uses IT and how it sources the parts of the IT function and identify changes that may be applicable.
• With the help of the senior IT individual conduct a review of the IT governance structure and identify needs
• Evaluate how IT currently delivers data and information to the business and identify ways it could be improved
