b) In March 2018, Dato' Manggis was promoted as Chief Executive Officer in RH Sdn. Bhd, a prestigious company in Kuala Lumpur. He proposed to his wife Datin Kiwi to give her monthly allowance as follows: i. RM 1500.00 for household items; ii. RM 1000.00 for shopping clothes and makeup iii. RM 1000.00 for kids affairs By December 2019, Dato' Manggis entered into a second marriage. Therefore, Dato' Manggis did not provide such allowance to Datin Kiwi. Hence, Datin Kiwi wants to take legal action for breach of contract against her husband. Advise Datin Kiwi whether she can sue her husband for breach of contract?
