Some reviews state that store management do not allow customers to return faulty goods and instead refer them to see the manufacturers. Some customers have also stated that the store is difficult to navigate, making their experience less enjoyable. Senior management are concerned about the effects of increased competition in the retail sector from Internet based companies.
