Can minors buy things at stores?

Yes, you read that right. Can minors legally buy things at stores without their guardian's consent? At stores, people enter into a contract that one party will supply a good in return for money and receipts are the contracts. But minors aren't legally allowed to enter into contracts without consent.

I learned this when I watched a TikTok explaining it. But legally you are allowed to take back anything purchased by a minor no matter how long ago it was and return it using this loophole. Should it be allowed? I don't think so. What do you think?
