2.A hypothesis I would like to test: Does Polk County have more than 7% of its population not using the internet.

3.I will be attempting to infer my results from the population of Polk County.

B. The sampling method I used was simple random sample. I randomly choose 30 people from all age groups in Polk County and asked if they have the internet and if they use the internet.

C. My sample statistic is x= 30 people from Polk County.

D. The statistical test I used was a z-test.

The z-statistic is 19.24869

G. Using a 90% confidence level, the sample data has a lower limit of 0.91183821 and an upper limit of 1.0214951.

H. The statistical study shows with a 90% confidence level that the proportion of people who do not use the internet in Polk County is less than 7% relative to the 7% percent of Americans that do not use the internet.
