Can somebody help me how to construct a compare/contrast analysis with the financial statements between government federal agency and private sector, for example, National Institutes of Health and General Motors co. Just a comparison with their financial statements and what is the same, what is different and most importantly, why. Any inputs is greatly appreciated.
