Can someone help me correctly answer these questions for a interview on "Entry Level Tax Preparer".
I have over 10 years as a Bookkeeper and in those years as a Bookkeeper I've also had to be a Receptionist, File Clerk, Data Entry, Administrative Assistant, deal with Customer Service and Complaints, part take in Human Resource and even handle properties as a Property Manager. However, I never went to college. Everything I've learned was through hands-on experience and have build myself up through the trust of my employers and studying on my own. The ONE thing I've never liked and not so much of an expert in that area is writing letters / responses in a professional matter.
That is why I'm asking an Expert for their help with these silly questions.
1. Tell them why you're interested and what personal and professional strengths you'll bring. (For a Administrative Assistant position)
The following questions are for the "Tax Preparer Position"
2. What motivates you to do a great job at work other than the paycheck?
3. Tell us about a time when you found it difficult to work with someone. How did you handle the situation?
4. Can you tell us about any skills or experience you have that might be helpful in this job?
