Personal/brand recruitment material (10%): 700 words Evidence should include screen shots of your LinkedIn profile, evidence of completion of one LinkedIn learning course, your professional Twitter account, a blog site front page or home page and a post on a topic of your choice, In addition, you should include one page that shows your personal brand (Image, logo, name) and offer a brief rationale for it. Finally, for this section, you should include a one-page bio of yourself. 2. What does it take to manage a client relationship? (30%): 1200-word review, including references, that offers your insight into what it takes to manage a professional client relationship. What are the key skills and attributes you and your team would need to manage a client relationship? What are the potential challenges of working with a live client and how would you address these? What does it take to make a client project successful? Points for consideration could Include managing expectations, time management, communications, prioritisation, customer relationship management etc. As a very minimum, you must use at least one academic text (book), one academic journal article and one professional website in sources for this review. More than one Is always better. Critical analysis/ comparing different arguments and perspectives is a good approach. 3. Evaluation of marketing careers and pathways (20%): 500-word review of your research into the various roles and careers available in marketing and related professions (E. PR, advertising, research, account management, brand management etc). You should Include screen shots of the kind of roles you are aiming for. To include a brief key skills audit - what common skills do these types of roles require, any specialisms? 4. Professional skills development (20%): 800-word critical self-reflective review of your professional skills in relation to the skills reviewed in sections 2 and 3. What is your current skills base, how do you compare. Use and include your skills audit sheet. What skills you do you already have think you will need to develop in the future. 5. Personal development plan (20%): One page (table format) personal action plan for the next 2-3 years on how you will improve, develop, address skills areas where you feel there is room for Improvement (including personal milestones) References: 10 (Harvard Style)
