How to play Go fish

You will be versing a AI, you will get 7 cards and he will get 7 cards. You then you try to ask him if he has a certain card that you have, If he has it he will give it to you if he doesn't than the AI calls Go fish and you get another random card. first person to match all there cards wins. please contain the Instructions in a Method. also please send the code as well as pseudocode
