Can someone please explain what to do for this question and what my answer should be?

Its a practice question for my exam but the teacher didn't provide us with the answers so I have no idea if I am right or wrong

Using state-level data, a research project dealing with teen pregnancy in the US produced the following regression equation: Y = 70.783+3.364(X1)-0.003(X2) where Y is the number of pregnancies per 1,000 teen women, X1is the state unemployment rate, and X2is dollar expenditures per pupil. The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.45. What do the numbers in each of these results mean?
