Can someone please provide me with an example of a Case Brief over the Markson Case (People v. Markson) regarding "scope of search". I am arguing on part of the defense side. I read and analyzed the following case (listed below) for purposes of writing and arguing the motion brief. We have never done case briefs or motion briefs before and I have very little to go on. People v. Markson is a murder trial case but we are to use the United States v. Pena case for the case brief to provide rationale on scope of search.
