Can we look at the organization as "the criminal"? The answer to this is pretty complex, yes and no. Depending on what side of the question you are on is based on if you think the organization is the criminal. If one were to look at the question in reference as one person committing a crime at their place of employment, then the organization would not be considered the criminal. If one were to look at the owners, CFOs, CEOs, etc. as the one's committing the crime, then yes the organization would be considered the criminal
