Can you build a summary for a performance assessment?

Help with escalation from other team members. Help with outages or unexpected down time in solutions. Assist with global communication on unexpected events. Set the standard for other team members whether through planning (action plans) or templates as well as documentation. Mentor and guide additional team members to come up to speed in areas which need focus. Measurement : Recognise other team members who may need help and assist with bringing them up to speed. Keep current on tools and when changes need to be made/maintenance windows may occur.
