Design a binomial experiment

1.The Trial: it should only have two outcomes, such as "heads or tails", "would I make it to work on time or not", or "students who pass or fail Math 2", etc. Also need to decide how many trials you would do.

2.The Theoretical Percentage of Success for each trial: you may not know this, so give me a good, educated guess.

3.What's the probability of "x times" happening?

Binomial experiment: There is a pop quiz in my biology class I did not study for. There are 10 different questions, and each question has 5 choices of multiple choice they are A- E. Out of those 5 multiple choices I'm aware that 1 of them is the correct answer and there are 4 that are not correct. So, I really have to think about my answer and start eliminating the wrong answers to be able to select the best answer. The number of trials is 10 since there are 10 questions on the exam. The percentage of success on the exam I'm going to take is the percentage of getting the correct answer in a question so it would be 1 out of 5 since its A-E making it 1/5x100= 20%. The probability of X times happening is n= 10 p=0.20 q=1-p=0.80. The mean, np=10x0.20=2. The standard deviation is 10x 0.20x 0.80= 1.6
