Yanique continues to build relationships with her team members, newly assigned mentor, catchment area team members, and DDA providers. Yanique is encouraged to allow time to build the appropriate rapport with internal and external stakeholders in the organization. She is also encouraged to demonstrate a positive approach toward all projects and assignments, through the practice of shared leadership and leading with a "can-do" attitude. She needs to actively participate in discussions at team meetings and work on being a support on team chats. When meeting with people supported and their team, Yanique needs to work on being present and engage with the hopes of obtaining information that would be able to assist the team.
