She has good organizational and planning skills, and she works to ensure all monitoring visits, PCP plans, and documentation are completed promptly. The few missing compliance components that were due this quarter she was not responsible for. She needs to work on increasing her utilization to 77% her quarterly PUR was 61.16%. Her PUR has increased every month since coming out of training in October. Her November's PUR was a 67, December was a 69.32 and January's PUR was 80.40. She has been given tools and a tracker to assist with compliance and organization. Alexandra is on her way on exceeding expectations in this competency
