The project specifications: MMU Online Mini-project Management System The Mini-project management system is an online tool for MMU lecturers and students who registered with the mini-project subject. Each lecturer will be provided a lecturer account by the administrator. The lecturers can upload the content of miniprojects to the system, and publish it to the registered students with the system. The content can be modified later if necessary. The projects are categorized according to the student specialization by the lecturers based on the content. Each project will be assigned a special ID. Each student is given a student login username and password by the administrator. The students are categorized based on their programme specialization. They can view the list of projects offer by the associated lecturers in their viewboard. The viewboard lists the projects based on specializations. Only the students with the same specializations can view the projects. The lecturers can view all the projects they are offering and assign/unassign students to their projects. One project can be assigned to a student only. The lecturers can also activate/deactivate their projects to be active/hidden from students' viewboard. The administrator can create more administrator accounts. All administrators can view and leave comments to all the projects, delete or add projects. They can also view reports in terms of: - list of projects entered into the system, - list of projects according to specialization, - list of projects according to lecturers, - list of inactive projects, - list of active projects, - list of project un-assign to students, - list of projects with comments.
