Material inputs per unit of each product are: Product Zella E5,000 and Product Bella E6,000. The Procurement Manager has confirmed that currently there is no difficulty in securing adequate supplies of material. The firm incurs annual fixed costsa) i. Formulate the problem of determining the optimal combination of the Mo products to produce next month as a linear programme. ii. Solve the problem graphically (use graph paper). iii. Conrm your result in (a ii) using simultaneous equations. iv. Calculate next month's expected protlloss that Milt Ltd. could expect to eam from your solution.
