Can you help me by editing and making additions to my Code? (C LANGUAGE)

Below, there is a code from my last project, which is 4*7 board that contains all zeros.

I want you to make the board 8*8 that contains all zeros, after that the user has to create a "T" shape by changing these zeros with ones.

Finaly, that created T shape has to be turned 90 degrees to the right.
