As a director of Thernaos, I strongly encourage our board members would consider to have further action against those were not carrying out the functions by the Director. Despites of the fact that the company claimed to have pioneered technology which can accurately run numerous tests on a few drops of blood. Elizabeth Holmes should raise the flag to the board or committed her failure to the investor, rather than forcing the technical team by making false statement to the public and the government. U.S. Securities And Exchange Commission had already accused Elizabeth Holmes, including making false and misleading statement to the media, hosting misleading technology demonstrations. We can foreseeing that Thernaos is in a dangerous situation. In order to reduce the loss or any harms to our company, this is necessary to have a third party of auditor and expertise in biotech to investigate the fraud and give their advice to let the company to alive. Surely, we must send out the truth to the public and protect our shareholders and investors. For these reasons, we should take the legal action immediately and take advantage from our side.
