Can you help me with this using R?

If we are designing a study that has three questions to be answered and the effect size is predicted to be only 0.4 for each of them, how many subjects should we recruit per group if we want the study to be 80% powered for each question? Assume that each question will be comparing the means of two groups for a continuous outcome; and the dropout rate will be 10%.
