Taking on new responsibility with a two hour round trip commute, I am reaching out to discuss recent changes and my newly added responsibilities. As we discussed last year, I was made to be the lead office manager and was promised to stay 10% above the office managers. Once, Jon started adding responsibilities to the other managers, like taking on extra clinics, I discussed with him my increase, he stated since I was not taking on additional clinics he could not justify my pay increase until June 2024 when I complete my Bachelors degree. I had discussed taking on more clinics prior to him assigning other managers theirs. Then once we realized Tom's fellowship was ending, Jon then placed me over the St. John's and MAC clinic. This adding a two hour commute to my everyday detail on top of my oversight of the two CAV'S, one Prior Authorization staff, two operators, one social worker staff, state readiness/ MOCK inspections, Quality with Lynda Lange, oversight of the VFC for SHMA. With all of this being said, the two clinics I was assigned to are so bad off and it's like I am resetting the entire processes within both clinics.
