Can you help me write the code block that will meet the criteria below for the project I will do with Arduino Uno?

Temperature values will be entered with the keypad.

One upper temperature and one lower temperature will be determined.

The fan will turn on when it reaches the upper temperature and the fan will turn on when it reaches the base temperature.

Temperature will be read with TMP36 sensor

The temperature value read on the selected character LCD screen will be visible.

There will be two outlets for Fan and Heater. (As a representation, a blue LED will be used for the Fan and a red LED will be used for the fan.)

The set values of the fan and heater will be entered by the user using the 4x4 keypad and these values can be read on the LCD screen.

Hysteresis control will be used in the operation of the fan and heater. Bandwidth will be taken as 10%.

The temperature value of the heater must be greater than the fan temperature value. In addition, there must be a difference of at least 3 degrees between the operating ranges to prevent two outputs from operating simultaneously or consecutively.

When we power off the card, the user's set values will not be deleted.
