Can you make an Individual Project: CHARTER. You will now need to develop a charter for your individual project. This is a document that will serve as an informal contract between your team and the sponsor of the project. The sponsor may also be the customer. In our case, the sponsor may be you but assume the Project Manager is you and the sponsor or customer is someone else (not you). The elements of a charter, at a minimum, are:

Project Title Scope Overview (what and why) Background Schedule Risks, Assumptions, and Constraints Resource Estimates Stakeholders (if appropriate) Team and Operating Principles Lessons learned from previous projects Signatures lines for ratification
