5.3 ELABORATION OF USE CASE (Sonam Norbu Wangchuk) Use case: Refund Actor(s): Client, CCC STAFF Purpose: The corresponding annual fee is refunded to the client. Overview: A second sample is taken from the client six months later and tested to confirm the absence of infectious disease. If a sample is found to contain an infectious disease, that sample will be destroyed, as will previous samples, if any. The prorated annual fee will then be refunded to the customer.
