Aim Timber has operated for four months since new resources and operations have came in place. Within these four months as the warehouse manager, together with the marketing manager, we have noticed slight level of underperformance

As the marketing team had to work together with the warehouse/showroom staff, there seemed to be a lack of communication. Photos of the timber and machinery werent all advertised correctly on the social media platforms, with the warehouse staff also not taking photos of the correct information.

Aim Timber has not seen the increase they were hoping for with regards to the number of new customers from the social media channels.

To fix this issue, a short meeting will need to be held with the marketing team and warehouse team to determine scheuelds and information to be posted on the channels. The operations manager and both departments managers will be implementing a new monitoring system where they can monitor the improvement on the customers in store and accuracey of the target goals.Implement a new monitoring system where they monitor the work output of each employee on a daily not weekly basis , this ensures that they achieve maximum productivity for smaller less time intensive projects.

On the other hand, all the other working progresses are on track and are exceeding expectations.

The staff training needs to be completed as soon as possible so that the new machinery can be used. The recruitment company will be used for a single project, to recruit staff for the new positions opened. To monitor the usage and success of resources in meeting business or project objectives, we will develop a procedure and/or monitoring system that includes a variety of measurements. This system will enable us to report to the finance team and stakeholders about our activities, including the current status of the project, the resources being used, the data or metric systems used to monitor the resources, the timelines for resource monitoring, the KPI's involved in successful resource allocation, and how we will gather feedback from stakeholders involved in the resource allocation
