Congratulations! Your project proposal has been approved,
and you are ready to move to the next steps of the governance process. The next step is to do a project charter; however, the PMO is new to the organization and did not have a project charter template. Therefore, you are expected to deliver two documents:
PART 1: Develop a project charter template
Each section of the template must have an instruction section to guide the project manager on each section's required information. These instructions will be placed under each section and usingthe italicblue font.
The template must be constructed to meet all quality and sections as per the PMBOK
PART 2: Develop a project charter for your approved project
Using the template you developed in part 1 of this assignment, you need to complete the project charter and ensure it is ready for governance approval. It must align with your project proposal, case study, and detailed analysis and information about the project.
You need to deliver the template as a separate document and the completed project charter as another document
