For this task, you are required to implement the quality framework designed in AT02 and support the implementation by submitting evidence as outlined below.
This task is made up of the following:
- Launch the quality framework
- Monitor the implementation
- Review data
- Develop a report.
Launch the quality framework
Introduce the quality framework by communicating with all stakeholders, sharing the purpose, objectives, roles and responsibilities, using a preferred communication approach such as:
- Presentation
- Meeting.
Monitor the implementation
Determine what monitoring approach is appropriate to examine the following:
- Quality of service against the expectations of customers and the community
- Quality of service against key performance indicators
- Threats to the quality of service
- Strategies currently used to address the problems
- Non-compliance against standards
- Staff competency levels
- Appropriate resources to meet service standards
- Service delivery complaints
- Policies, procedures and process effectiveness, including regular changes in legislative requirements and customer needs.
The methods selected must ensure a valid review process and obtain feedback from all users of the service and other stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Methods must include:
- Customer/client review forms
- Responding to and investigating customer complaints
- Reports on performance indicators.

- Audit outcomes and rectifications
- Staff performance appraisals.
Review data
Review the data sources used during the monitoring process and evaluate the information to determine the following:
- Performance standards met
- Gaps in performance and competencies
- Inadequacies in policies and procedures, including changes in legislative requirements and not meeting customer needs
- Non-compliances.
Develop a report
Develop a report to document findings from the review, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
The report must be a minimum of 500 words following the structure outlined below:
