Can you please revise my legal memorandum? Can you please tell me what am i missing in my memo. the memo had to be made up.

This memorandum describes evidence obtain by the Select Subcommittee on the Corona Virus emergency protocols in its investigation into Textiles Inc.. After repeated public reports revealed that Textiles Inc. administration forsook employee rights and forced viral vaccination on all employees, the Select Subcommittee launched its investigation in January 2021. Textiles Inc. stated that if a person worked in a department with 150 pus employees, they had to be vaccinated or gat tested every week in order to work there. No state can deprive any US person of "Life, Liberty, or Property" without due process, according to the 14th amendment to the US Constitution. United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542, 554 (1875), expresses the dissatisfaction with any state incursion into a US citizen's fundamental rights. Is Textile Inc infringing on the 14th Amendment rights of the employees? Can the Textile Inc administration demonstrate that it has the legal authority to require mandatory vaccination or weekly testing for all employees during a global crisis? The standard or review is quite important. Employees' argument about their "fundamental right" to refuse vaccination appears to be compelling. As a result, any intraframe of those "basic rights" must be judged on the basis of rational grounds. The epidemic had an influence all around the world and continues to do so. The effect is comparable to that of the smallpox pandemic. Over a century ago, the district court upheld a smallpox vaccine mandate.9 "Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905); Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905); Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. Textiles Inc also offers employees the option of taking weekly tests to determine whether they are positive or negative. It's also worth noting that this is only enforced when a person works in a department with more than 150 employees. The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1070 was enacted to protect workers from being injured or killed while on the job. This act is also commendable in that Textiles Inc is simply interested in providing a safer working environment for its employees. Textile Inc did not break the employee's amendment in any way. If employees declined vaccination, Textile Inc offered an alternative. Employees can apply for a position in another department with less than 150 employees, or just take a weekly test. OSAH can also be utilized to demonstrate that the corporation's interest is to improve employee working conditions. Employees who refuse vaccination not only hurt themselves, according to evidence. Refusing immunization and following the protocol safety precautions puts many people at danger, including those who did not consent to the exchange.
