Exercise 1: 1) Create the following tables using MS-Access. For the Attributes/Fields: DeptID, DHead, Watchman, Leader and EmpiD use the 'Number' Data. Choose appropriate Data type for the other fields. Department (DeptID, DName,DTel,DHead) Project (ProjlD, Title,StartDate,FinishDate,Leader) Parking (ParkiD Location, Watchman) Employee (Emple,EName,Job,Salary,BirthDate,HireDate,DeptiD,ParkiD) 2) Populate your table with the following data: 3) In the Employee table, go to Design View : - Change the Indexed property of the DeptID to Yes(Duplicates OK) - Also change the indexed property of the ParkID to Yes (No Duplicates) 4) Implement the following Validation rules on the shown tables, rule 1 and 5 are done for you as below, Implement the others as per the table shown: Note: All the above rules are done on the field level Except Rule 5 as explained below. Rule # 1: Go to Department table, the Design View, then choose the DeptiD field, then Add the validation rule at the bottom of the where the Generl Tab is shown Rule \# 5: Validation rule \# 5 has to be added at the table level (not at the field level). To do this open the property sheet for the table and fill the rule and the text as shown in this screenshoot
