can you rephase this? My current department has employed me for two and a half years. It has been a great experience and has profoundly impacted my life. I have been lucky to experience things many people wish they could. I had the pleasure of working with some fantastic people and formed friendships I know will last a lifetime. However, it is time to move on from my current department because I am seeking a new environment, a better work-life balance, and a better working environment. I have lived in New York all my life, and it is time for a change. My current department agreed to a new contract last year, disrupting my work-life balance. Before the contract, work-life balance was hard, but now it has made a difficult situation more complicated. In 2019, I was fortunate to visit Washington State on vacation. I fell in love with the state and, in particular, the Bellevue- Seattle area. It reminded me of New York in many ways but I liked how much it was different as well.
